The Recovery Navigator role sits within the Recovery Directorate and forms a part of the Recovery Support Team, utilising all of the resources it has to offer. This post will support Forward Trust service users who are committed and engaged in a recovery pathway, including those with complex needs to transition, thrive and settle back into the community. The role is based in HMP Send, HMP Downview and HMP Bronzefield with some remote working. Travel is also required to Head office (London), HMP The Mount, and Surrey community projects.
