Forward Trust offers a range of interventions at HMP Highdown, a C category prison that specialises in rehabilitation, reintegration, and resettlement in to the community. This is an exciting chance to work alongside our multi-skilled team in supporting clients to make a fresh start and move on with their lives. Family Work is integral to the HMP Highdown ethos and this is a rare opportunity to play a key role in Forward Trust’s work here.

We ask you to commit to a recognised qualification whilst completing your one year traineeship, and in return we will provide you with a comprehensive support package.

Trainer/Tutor (Multiply): 29k+ Kent (Margate)
The Forward Trust is a fast growing Matrix Standard, vocational training, skills and employability provider. We are in the process of bidding for new Multiply services in Kent and elsewhere. The overall objective of Multiply is to increase the levels of functional numeracy in the adult population across the UK. The Forward Trust are seeking to deliver Multiply engagement and numeracy teaching activities across all cohort groups. We are looking for qualified Tutors/Trainers with expertise and experience in teaching numeracy and building confidence to learners from disadvantaged groups (adult learners).
