What you will be doing?

This role is subject to interim Inner-London 'cost-of-living' *bonus payment scheme* 

 

An additional £1200.00 payment over 12-months (pro rata) paid monthly as a taxable benefit, subject to review. 

 

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of Recover Workers contributing to the targets set by Forward and the local commissioners. You will be providing supervision, training and guidance to practitioners and supporting the unit as part of the management team. 

 

  • General day-to-day line management of recovery workers
  • Develop & maintain stakeholder relationships 
  • Setting team and individual objectives to achieve organisational vision and values
  • Plan and coordinate service delivery to meet contractual and organisational requirements 
  • Deputise for service manager where necessary

What we are looking for?

  • Experience of direct line management and leading a team or an experienced recovery practitioner looking to take next steps in career development
  • Experience of working frontline to support complex needs in a healthcare or secure setting
  • Can demonstrate understanding of the challenges faced by those with experience of addiction or the criminal justice system
